The classic drink, the sketchy song, and now a cake! The cake itself is a 3-layer pineapple rum cake using my 12 year old rum cake recipe, each layer is then soaked with a pineapple and coconut rum syrup, the frosting is a coconut rum buttercream!
Please note that the cake in the photo is a 9-inch, 5 layer custom variant of the cake.
